My last binge day...thank goodness. I am actually tired of eating.
Today was my son's birthday party and there was not much I did not eat; nachos, queso, birthday cake, pizza, REAL soda.... if it was bad for you and calorie-ridden, I ate it today!
It was a fun day...but I was NOT EVEN REMOTELY HUNGRY!!!
Tomorrow is the first Menu Day.... praying it will all be okay!
