AAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!! I am doing it right, so why isn't the weight coming off.
I know from all of my research this is normal, but I wanted to be the exception. Tomorrow will be an APPLE DAY!
I did take a picture today in the outfit I started all of this in [posted below]. I can see a visible difference, but I am still frustrated.
Praying that tomorrow is different!

Total Loss: 16.6 Pounds
So now I am really getting frustrated! I am doing everything right and seem to have plateaued... come on now!
A couple of good things today:
1) Maybelline makes an oil-free liquid make-up that I actually like. No more natural look!!!
2) I love Walden Farms Chocolate Dip. It is not exactly real chocolate tasting, but when a chocolate craving hits, it will get me through. It is calorie free, so I guess if the craving is insane I can eat the whole jar. It is wonderful for dipping strawberries or apples. The caramel sauce is not bad either and it you put a couple of spoonfuls in your hot coffee, it is almost like being at Starbucks...almost.
Now, if my body and the scales will just cooperate!

Total Loss: 17.2 Pounds
Still angry at myself for cheating and disappointed with my loss on only one pound. Today I was hungrier than I have been.
Ready to get back on a downward scale slide!

Mood: Disappointed and ANGRY at myself...

Today's Loss: +2.4 pounds
Total Loss: 16.2 Pounds
Okay, so it is confession time... yesterday, after weighing and measuring, I gave in for the to temptation for the first time in two weeks and cheated. I went to Taco Bell and had a grilled chicken Gordita...it was SOOOOOOOOO GOOD! But, as you can see above, I paid dearly for it today! :-(
Guess that is the reason why Gordita means "little fat one" in Spanish.
So today, I have been back on the straight and narrow today. Shrimp, veggies and apples only... and TONS of water! Praying tomorrow that the scales will be back in the negative!
I have to stay positive and remember that as of yesterday, I had lost almost 20 pounds in twelve days... just to put it in perspective, that is TWO TEN POUND BAGS OF POTATOES!!!!!

Then I went to the clinic today to be measured and I have lost 15.5 inches.... IN TWELVE DAYS!
I could be at thirty pounds in the next week or so...HOW AMAZING WOULD THAT BE!!!

Mood: Beyond Ecstatic!!!

Today's Loss: 1.6 pounds
Total Loss: 16.6 Pounds
Okay, since my parents aren't reading this.... I will share my real feelings from when I stepped on the scale this morning... another 1.6 pounds gone this morning.... 16.6 pounds in 12 days! All I thought when I got on the scale and saw the numbers this morning was "DAMN!!!" There was just nothing else I could say except THANK YOU GOD! for letting me find this protocol.
Now, there is one little irritation I am having. The baby oil is just not doing it for my feet and they are getting really rough. I have got to find something else I can use on them of by the end of this I will look AMAZING until someone looks at my feet and then they will see they have turned to HOOVES! Can't let that happen!
So looking forward to going to the clinic tomorrow and seeing how many inches I have lost!
LATER ON SUNDAY--- Today has been a harder day than usual... maybe because I have been home all day and not busy at work. I have had some serious cravings and been hungrier than usual. A little frustrated and down today! I need to get out of the house and forget about everything for awhile.

Mood: Is there a word for more than excited? ECSTATIC!!!

Today's Loss: 3.2 pounds
Total Loss: 15 Pounds
Yesterday's hunger has subsided and today I was barely hungry at all!
The thirst continues and I am drinking water like it is my job. I am spending LOTS of time in the bathroom, but everytime I have to go I just say. "Bye-Bye fat cells!"
Just a couple of random thoughts I have had today:
1) this morning when I weighed, I thought, "My scale has to be broken!" but I weighed like four
times and the weight was consistent so I guess it is correct. Even if it is broken [which it better not be considering I just bought it!], I am losing weight BIG TIME!!!
2) I wonder how much or how fast people who have gastric bypass or lap band surgery lose each day? It can't be much more than I am losing on a daily basis.... and this is a whole lot less expensive! I wonder if they heard about this method before undergoing the surgery?
Thank you God for keeping my body and spirit together during all of this!!!
