Ten pounds in eight days...can't argue with that! My headache seems to be gone as long as I remember to drink some strong, black coffee before leaving for work each day.

I had two people at work today that do not know I am doing the protocol tell me I looked like I was losing weight! WOO HOO!!! God is giving me the strength to do this everyday and the results are so worth it!

I went to the grocery store and bought turkey breast for lunch at work. The girl behind the deli counter was so sweet and was willing to put each serving in a separate baggie for me. Makes it so much easier than having to weigh lunch at work! It is funny how I am learning to savor new things right now. The turkey breast and a really cold, crisp, crunchy apple never tasted so good!

The one thing I am missing, however, is my foundation. I am trying to get use to the natural look, but I am not sure it is for this glamour girl.... at least I still have hair spray!
