BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE...something I forgot from my Protocol Review! I DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE UP DIET COKES... I can have no more than two a day.....WHEW!

This morning I woke up and was not even remotely hungry. No problems with the injection other than my son is fascinated by it and wants to watch my give myself a shot. A little embarrassing, but he is being super supportive. He asks me if anything and everything food wise is LEGAL. My own personal nutritionist!

Again, I had three real meals today. I am taking advantage of the binge days and Sandy said that actually works better than those who try to limit themselves on the binge days. She also said if I didn't eat like crazy during the first three days that I would be hating life for a few days when the Menu Days start on Sunday.

For dinner, we had Sloppy Joes and I was miserably full after eating just half of one. However, bearing in mind that this was what I needed to do, I ate all of the sandwich even though I was not at all hungry.

So ready to start seeing results....BRING IT ON!
