Measurement Day # 4..... 32 pounds and 30.25 inches in 37 days!

That is an additional 6 inches in one week!... AMAZING!!!

That is nearly six five pound bags of potatoes in pounds gone and almost a WHOLE YARDSTICK gone in inches!!! [...and really, it is the inches I am loving; I have all of my ribbons I get each week that are measured in my total number of inches lost hanging in my office for inspiration!!!]

Aiming for 18 additional pounds in the next twenty-nine days! That's just a little more than half a pound I need to lose every two days... NO PROBLEM [crossing fingers!!!]

Even frustrating new from GCU can't get me down today!!!

Officially hit thirty pounds today.... praying I can make it stick and keep losing... thirty days to go before I go on maintenance until after the first of the year! still hoping I can get somewhere near the fifty pound mark before then! That would be ABSOLUTELY AMAZING... fifty pound in two and a half months. I then plan to go back to the injections on New Year's Day and lose another thirty to fifty pounds!

Thanking God for giving me the strength!!!

Confession time.... I was soooooo bad today!

Cannon and I were out shopping and I gave in and went to Pei Wei. Had hot and sour soup and Vietnamese chicken salad rolls.....SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!, but I know I will pay the price tomorrow.

Praying to the scale fairy that she will be just a little nice to me in spite of my goof-up!
