Can you say, "LET'S HIT THE 30 POUND MARK THIS WEEK!!!"

Super pumped!!!

At home with Cannon; neither of us has felt all that great today, but having stomach issues makes it super easy to stay on track! Nothing sounds good!

Finished a chapter of my thesis... hoping to celebrate that accomplishment in the morning with a pound or two less on the scale!

Life is good!!!

(I posted a new picture of my face per Jaton's request so that she can see the difference in my dimples...)

YAY!!!!!!!!!

Go, Stacie!!!!

It has been a good weekend! I am going to hit thirty pounds this week...at least that is what I am praying for!

Cannon wanted to bake a cake today, so I insisted he make Red Velvet which he loves and I abhor; that way there was absolutely no temptation!

Started my second bottle of HcG today. This should take me to right before Thanksgiving. My plan is to go on maintenance between Thanksgiving and the New Year and then hit the HcG injections again, hot and heavy on January 1st!

Let's see... forty more days of injections... I am setting a personal goal of being a total of fifty pounds lighter by Thanksgiving... THAT WOULD BE AMAZING!!!

ALRIGHT~ that's what I am talking about!!!

Hoping I can maintain this pace, be legal all week and hit thirty pounds lost by the end of the week!

Good meal idea... brown 96/4 lean ground sirloin with a can of Rotel, drained well. I added mushroom to mine to increase the meatiness factor. Season with garlic powder, chili powder, and pepper to personal taste.

Bake and apple in the microwave and add a touch of Cayenne pepper to it... this is your "salsa".

Serve meat and apples on butter lettuce leaves and enjoy your "Tacos"!!!

Hunger Rating (1-10): 4

Well, today was an early release day for the students and I let a couple of friends talk me into going to Sweet Tomatoes for lunch. I was fairly safe, but had some real fat-free honey mustard dressing and bleu cheese.... Yummo!

I know I will pay for it by a couple of pounds tomorrow.

Funny thing was, after eating there, I seemed to be hungrier than usual the rest of the day.... go figure!

October 7, 2009- Menu Day #18

Menu Day #18
Injection Day #22
Mood: Happy, but ready to lose a lot more
Hunger Rating (1-10): 2
Today's Loss: 0.6
Total Loss: 22.8 Pounds

Okay, today was the first day with the new scales, so I am having to adjust everything based on my weight yesterday at the clinic and go from there.

Today I tried a recipe for Crustless, Fat-free, Sugar-free Pumpkin-Apple Pie... not bad, but Splenda when baked leaves a funky little after taste. Without being able to use a little bit of creamer or milk, the custard does not bake up as moist as with it. But, all-in-all, it was pretty good and you can eat the whole pie for a vegetable, a fruit and protein!
