I woke up this morning excited and ready to start losing. I gave myself my first injection on my own with no problem. It was even less traumatic in the stomach than it had been in the arm.
Today was the day I cleaned out all of my lotions and body washes. It made me sad putting them all away, but I know I will be loving life in a few days when I begin to see the results of my efforts.
I bought Mineral Make-up and tried it out. Less coverage than I am used to, but hopefully I will get used to the "natural" look. I also found some Lavender Scented Baby Oil that smells really good. Thank goodness I can use baby oil cause I could just imagine what my skin would look like at the end of this if I couldn't.
I ate more today than I ever eat...three real meals. I rarely eat more than two meals a day and often just one. I was beyond full, I was STUFFED! It is supposed to take three days for the HcG to fully be in your system, but I can tell a difference already...Is it all in my head?
