Today was an awful day. While I was at an in-service session with five of my students, I learned that a friend and coworker in the district I use to work for had been stabbed to death in his classroom by one of his students. I pray that God provides all of his family and friends strength at the most horrific time.
As far as the protocol, I was okay. I found myself craving hot and sour soup from Pei Wei strongly. I think it was probably more for comfort than actually really wanting it. I didn't give in, so score one for me!
