Okay... a little disappointed today that I stayed the same weight... hoping for better results tomorrow!
Tried the French Onion Soup recipe from the clinic this evening.... very, very good. Even with out a mound of Swiss cheese on top!
Crossing my fingers for good news tomorrow!
